Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah appoints new executive chef - Nicolas De Visch
Belgian national Nicolas De Visch has been appointed as the new executive chef at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah.
Prior to his role at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, De Visch has held a number of senior positions at restaurants and hotels around the world including the St Regis Mauritius, the Intercontinental Fiji, the W Hotel Taipei, Taiwan and The Peninsula Manila, Philippines as executive chef.
De Visch was also part of the pre-opening team for Burj Al Arab’s famous seafood restaurant Al Mahara in 2000. It was positions such as these that provided De Visch with the experience needed to lead a culinary team at a five-star resort.
